Laurie Knepper, MD

Laurie Knepper, MD, is a neurologist and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and headache medicine by the UCNS Headache Medicine Board Center. She is an associate professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Iowa, followed by her fellowship at UPMC.

Dr. Knepper’s clinical interests include standardized patient and hybrid simulation, as well as hormones and migraine management. She has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and is an active member of the Women in Neurology Group.
