Erick Allen, MD

Dr. Allen received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in 1991. He received his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in 1992. In 1995, he completed his training at University Utah and Affiliated Hospitals. He was certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
