Conzen

Suzanne Conzen, MD, is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. She has a special clinical interest in the multidisciplinary care of locally advanced breast cancers, which may require chemotherapy and radiation therapy prior to surgical resection.

Dr. Conzen's research laboratory uses a combination of molecular biology and large-scale genomic techniques to identify new targets for the effective therapy of breast cancer. Her work led to the recognition of a role for glucocorticoid receptor signaling in breast cancer biology.
