Ahmed Mohamed, MD

Dr. Ahmed Mohamed is board-eligible and completed his integrated vascular surgery residency. He specializes in both open and endovascular surgery.

Dr. Mohamed earned his medical degree from Alexandria Faculty of Medicine in Alexandria, Egypt. He completed his general surgery residency at Alexandria University Hospitals in Alexandria, Egypt, his cardiovascular surgery fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, Texas and his integrated vascular surgery residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Mohamed’s research interests include complex dialysis access, aneurysmal and occlusive aortic disease, carotid artery disease and limb salvage and wound care.
