Tunnel-assisted Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) of Gastric High Grade Dysplasia (HGD)

Stavros Stavropoulos, MD, performs a tunnel-assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) of gastric high grade dysplasia (HGD). The patient is a 74 year old man with a history of CAD, HTN, class I obesity, presents for treatment of gastric high grade dysplasia. Patient underwent an upper endoscopy for evaluation of dyspepsia in february 2018 and noted to have gastric antral ulcer which on biopsy revealed HGD.
