Endoscopic Surgery for Residual Pituitary Microadenoma

Chief of Penn Neurosurgery M. Sean Grady, MD, describes the endoscopic resection of a complex recurrent pituitary microadenoma. This residual tumor was situated near the optic chiasm threatening the cavernous sinus, and was a cause of continuing Cushing's Disease.
