Fertility Sparing Treatment in Gynecologic Oncology

In this lecture, Katherine LaVigne Mager, MD, discusses fertility sparing treatment in gynecologic oncology. Infertility is a common short and long term side effect of cancer treatment for many cancer types. Fertility preservation is very important to younger patients diagnosed with cancer and a majority of patients would prefer to have biological offspring above options such as adoption or third-party reproduction.
