David Hoak, DO

Dr. Hoak received his vascular neurology fellowship training at the Oregon Health & Science University. He received his neurology residency training at The University of Minnesota and his medical training at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He works as a neurohospitalist at St. David’s Ortho, Neuro and Rehab.
