Ross is CEO and Co-founder of BroadcastMed. Since co-founding the company in 1994, Ross has worked to instill a culture of continuous growth and innovation, and was instrumental in the transformation of a traditional broadcast production company into the medically-focused digital broadcasting company BroadcastMed is today. He helped create and establish ORLive.com as the number one destination for surgical broadcasting on the Internet.
Since co-founding the company in 1994, Peter's focus has been on driving excellence into BroadcastMed's operations, assuring the quality of systems and innovation in products during the Company's evolution into a premier digital destination. Peter played an integral role in the development of ORLive.com, The BroadcastMed Network and the key interactive solutions and platforms, which support BroadcastMed's content offerings.
With over twenty years of television and digital media experience, Allan currently serves as the Director of Broadcast Operations. He oversees a team of dedicated professionals who are charged with creating content and managing client portals and syndication. Allan joined BroadcastMed, Inc. in 2003 as a Video Editor and quickly expanded his role to include website design, digital media management and client services. Allan also spent several years as a Producer working with clients to create live and on-demand surgical and didactic programs.
Matt Curylo brings his enthusiasm and passion to everything he does at BroadcastMed. His roots go back decades when he began in video and streaming. Moving into design, Matt had the opportunity to create a new corporate identity as ORLive transitioned into BroadcastMed.
Matt's creative thinking currently oversees the infrastructure of the company by managing Development & IT services. In this role, he innovates ways to make systems smooth, consistent, and more effective for the client.
As the Director of Marketing and Promotions, Drew Chorzempa leads an experienced team of marketing professionals responsible for creating high impact multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to engage, educate and nurture physician audiences for the best brands in healthcare. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, Drew drives the strategic business growth of BroadcastMed using marketing automation, advanced analytics software, and by developing innovative physician-directed digital marketing technology and strategies.
As the Director of Business Development, Michael works with new and existing clients to formulate their strategic approach to physician-focused content marketing. With a strong financial and accounting background, Michael works with clients to maximize the return on their marketing investment by understanding and ensuring their business objectives are at the forefront of their initiative. Michael leads sales, client relationship management, tracks new markets and emerging trends, and recommends new products and services, as well as develops new strategic partnerships.
As the Manager of Design Services, Katie Ouellette leads a design team while encouraging others to think outside the box to deliver a creative voice to client projects. Since joining the organization in 2011, Katie has been responsible for driving forward the evolution of the BroadcastMed.com platform and the client sites that are hosted by BroadcastMed. Katie brings her ideas to life through the creative design of online physician portals, webcasts, digital marketing campaigns, and custom development projects.
