Baptist Health Baptist Hospital Recognized by Society of Thoracic Surgeons as One of Nation’s Best for Open Heart Surgery

 

Baptist Health Baptist Hospital, in south Florida, is being recognized as one of the highest-performing facilities in the country for cardiac surgery after earning a three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) procedures. This honor places Baptist Hospital among the top 10% in the nation for this procedure. The three-star rating is also the highest a hospital can achieve.
